Project Overview – STLB Release Work, Bayu Undan

UGG, as Head Contractor, in partnership with Cyan Renewables as Subcontractor, is delivering the Submerged Turret Loading Buoy (STLB) Release Work for the FSO Liberdade at the Bayu Undan Field in Timor-Leste.

This project combines UGG’s local expertise in marine and offshore services with Cyan’s global track record in subsea engineering and vessel operations. The collaboration is designed to ensure safe and efficient delivery while creating meaningful opportunities for local content and capability development, further strengthening Timor-Leste’s participation in the energy sector.
