Caetano Efandy holds a Bachelor of Marine Engineering from the University of Tasmania, a Master of Science in Maritime Operations Management from Liverpool John Moores University, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland. As Chief Executive Officer of UNI GRAÇA GLOESS LDA (UGG), he leverages this multidisciplinary academic foundation to lead the firm's strategic growth and operational excellence in Timor-Leste's marine, offshore, and energy services sectors.
